Can I see which trucks make money?
Yes. Fuel, trip expenses and maintenance are recorded against each vehicle, and the fleet report shows net margin per truck — anything below 15% is flagged — with a monthly P&L for the fleet.
Does it handle GTA GST?
Freight invoices are raised from the booking with your GTA setting — 5% forward charge or reverse charge — set once for the business.
Will it remind me before documents expire?
Fitness, insurance, permit and PUC dates are tracked per vehicle with expiry alerts, so a lapsed paper is never found at a checkpost.
Can I record driver advances and trip expenses?
Yes — the advance per trip, and expenses by head: fuel, toll, driver bata, loading, unloading, parking and repairs.
How much does it cost?
During the founding-member beta there is no monthly subscription — a one-time, nominal registration fee reserves your place and unlocks the full platform. We share the exact amount when you request access, and founding members lock in our best rates when public plans arrive.
Is my data safe?
Your data stays in India, on AWS in Mumbai, and each business’s records are kept separate from every other business’s. Passwords, bank details and identity numbers are never written to logs, and every change is recorded in an audit trail.
