What you get for manufacturer
Built for the way this trade actually runs — the screens below are switched on when you pick Manufacturer at sign-up, and nothing you do not need gets in the way.
Plan and produce
- Bills of materials, with sub-assemblies on a work order
- Work orders run stage by stage through routings and work centres
- Material indents raised from the work order — approved, issued, returned
- Import a BOM from Excel instead of typing it
Quality and scrap
- QC before finished goods enter stock — accept, reject or release
- Scrap and rejections recorded: absorbed, written off or sent for rework
- Recovered scrap weight tracked
- Finished-goods stock valued at cost
What it actually cost
- Material drawn batch by batch, oldest first (FIFO)
- Every batch traced back to its GRN, supplier and purchase order
- Cost sheets, rate cards and a costing simulator
- Price lists for your customers
Job work and the rest of the business
- Send work out to a job worker and receive it back against the same record
- Purchase orders, GRN and supplier bills
- Sales orders, delivery challans and GST invoices
- Party ledgers, receivables and payables in the same books
See it working
Screens shown for illustration only, captured on a test system with fictional demo data. Every business, person, vehicle and figure in them is invented — any resemblance to a real business or person is coincidental. The live product may differ slightly as it is updated.

Included with every trade
The manufacturer screens sit on one platform that also keeps your books, your GST and your network — so nothing is entered twice.

CGST/SGST/IGST on every invoice; GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, HSN summary and the ITC ledger built from the same bills.
Tally import and export
Bring masters, opening balances and transactions in from Tally XML, and send vouchers back for your accountant.
Start from Excel
Customers, suppliers, items, stock, opening balances and more import from an Excel template — with the rows that need fixing handed back.
Ledgers and statements by link
Receivables, payables and aging per party, and a statement your customer opens from a link — no login, shareable on WhatsApp.

Questions manufacturer owners ask
Does it handle bill of materials and work orders?
Yes — BOMs with sub-assemblies, work orders run through routings and work centres, material indents raised from the work order, and QC before the output reaches finished-goods stock.
Can I see the real cost of a batch?
Material is drawn batch by batch, oldest first, and each batch traces back to its GRN, supplier and PO — so the cost of a work order is what you actually paid, not an average guess. Cost sheets and a costing simulator sit on top.
Can I send work to a job worker?
Yes. Record the job work going out to a sub-contractor and receive it back against the same record, so you always know what material is outside your factory.
Does it work with Tally?
You can import masters, opening balances and transactions from Tally XML, and export sales and purchase vouchers back to Tally — useful if your accountant stays on Tally.
How much does it cost?
During the founding-member beta there is no monthly subscription — a one-time, nominal registration fee reserves your place and unlocks the full platform. We share the exact amount when you request access, and founding members lock in our best rates when public plans arrive.
Is my data safe?
Your data stays in India, on AWS in Mumbai, and each business’s records are kept separate from every other business’s. Passwords, bank details and identity numbers are never written to logs, and every change is recorded in an audit trail.
