Can I make RA bills with retention and TDS?
Yes. RA bills are raised against the contract with retention, mobilisation-advance recovery, TDS, GST-TDS, labour cess and GST worked out, and retention is released when it falls due.
Does the site app work without internet?
Yes. DPRs, site logs, labour, material usage, milestones and BOQ progress are saved on the phone with no signal and synced automatically when the connection returns.
Can I manage sub-contractors?
Sub-contractor work orders and their bills are certified and approved against the project, with retention held and released like your own client billing.
Is it only for contractors, or for builders too?
Both. Builders and developers also get units and land, a sales pipeline, buyer receipts and joint-venture partner capital calls.
How much does it cost?
During the founding-member beta there is no monthly subscription — a one-time, nominal registration fee reserves your place and unlocks the full platform. We share the exact amount when you request access, and founding members lock in our best rates when public plans arrive.
Is my project data safe?
Your data stays in India, on AWS in Mumbai, and each business’s records are kept separate from every other business’s. Passwords, bank details and identity numbers are never written to logs, and every change is recorded in an audit trail.
