Can I bill by milestone, by the hour, or monthly?
All three. Bill a milestone once it is delivered, bill the unbilled hours on time-and-material work, or bill a monthly retainer — each raises a GST invoice from the project.
Do my developers log time on their phones?
Yes. Timesheets work in the mobile app and keep working offline — entries queue on the phone and sync when it reconnects. Managers approve or reject the week on the web.
Is there QA and UAT tracking?
Tasks pass through a QA gate with a review queue and a defect log, and client UAT runs in rounds with their defects and re-fixes tracked against the project.
Can it track renewals like domains and SSL?
Yes — domains, hosting, SSL certificates, licences, AMCs and subscriptions, each with its own reminder days.
How much does it cost?
During the founding-member beta there is no monthly subscription — a one-time, nominal registration fee reserves your place and unlocks the full platform. We share the exact amount when you request access, and founding members lock in our best rates when public plans arrive.
Is our client data safe?
Your data stays in India, on AWS in Mumbai, and each business’s records are kept separate from every other business’s. Passwords, bank details and identity numbers are never written to logs, and every change is recorded in an audit trail.
