How do candidates apply?
Through a free candidate portal: they register with their mobile number, search jobs by skills, city and type, apply in one click, upload a résumé and track every application.
Can I keep my client’s name hidden?
Yes. The public job listing never shows the client, your fee or who posted it — mark the vacancy confidential and only you see the client.
How is the placement fee invoiced?
When a candidate is hired the placement is recorded with their CTC, and you raise a GST tax invoice to the client for the fee — a percentage of CTC or a fixed amount, as agreed on the vacancy.
What happens if a candidate leaves within the guarantee?
The placement is marked as left within guarantee, and the replacement you provide is tracked against it without being billed again.
How much does it cost?
During the founding-member beta there is no monthly subscription — a one-time, nominal registration fee reserves your place and unlocks the full platform. We share the exact amount when you request access, and founding members lock in our best rates when public plans arrive.
Is candidate data safe?
Your data stays in India, on AWS in Mumbai, and each business’s records are kept separate from every other business’s. Passwords, bank details and identity numbers are never written to logs, and every change is recorded in an audit trail. Candidates can delete their own account from the portal.
