How does the customer approve the estimate?
Your service advisor records the approval on the job card — the name and phone number of whoever approved it — and extra work found during the repair is approved or declined separately, so the final bill never surprises anyone.
Does it raise a GST invoice?
Yes. Completing a job card raises a GST tax invoice for the parts fitted and the labour, showing the vehicle and its odometer reading. Work under an AMC or warranty is honoured on the invoice.
Can I manage AMC contracts?
Yes — contracts per customer or machine, billed when due, with preventive-maintenance schedules generated from them.
Is it for car garages only?
No. Two-wheeler, car and commercial-vehicle workshops use it, and so do machinery service businesses — they register under the same trade.
How much does it cost?
During the founding-member beta there is no monthly subscription — a one-time, nominal registration fee reserves your place and unlocks the full platform. We share the exact amount when you request access, and founding members lock in our best rates when public plans arrive.
Is my data safe?
Your data stays in India, on AWS in Mumbai, and each business’s records are kept separate from every other business’s. Passwords, bank details and identity numbers are never written to logs, and every change is recorded in an audit trail.
